The world is full of potential adventures. There’s a multitude of places to go, sights to see, and beautiful beaches to visit. So, why choose Norfolk?

Well, thousands of visitors a year can’t be wrong. And they’re really not. The Norfolk coast is known for being an area of natural beauty. It draws the crowds and then dissipates them into the thousands of acres of sweeping sands and wildlife-filled countryside. When you’re standing under those wide open skies, with their glorious sunrises and sunsets, you feel like you’re the first and only person to be experiencing those sights.

Visitors can follow the route of stunning beaches all the way from ‘Sunny Hunny’ Hunstanton right the way around to Sheringham and Cromer. Whether it’s the traditional British seaside arcades, fairgrounds and fish and chips you’re after, or the more remote beaches where you can watch wildlife live out their lives uninterrupted between sand and sea, there are so many wonderful spaces to discover.

In terms of activities, the walks really are unparalleled. Whether you’re after a solitary wander, one with the kids, or a long hike to entertain the dogs, there are so many to choose from. Why not plan some routes with a pub lunch halfway through?

And that’s something that can’t be left out when talking about the attractions of the Norfolk coast too. The food is something else. Treat yourself to tasty crab from local gastro pubs, or seafood dishes, ploughman’s lunches or perhaps you might want some sweet bakes from the local delicatessens. Norfolk food is renowned. There are fresh fish catches from the sea, handpicked samphire and hearty pies.

But, sometimes, all you need is the peace and quiet that this corner of Norfolk offers. A holiday here is the ideal time to curl up with a good book. It’s the time to sip a pint of the local brew in the village pub. Or time to sit on the beach and watch the seagulls swirling and the tides making their slow sliding movements back and forth. Simply enjoy the unspoilt beaches.

Norfolk is the perfect place to make memories. Isn’t it time you planned a visit of your own?
